Duties & Responsibilities:  

·                     Welcome all guests  

·                     Follows all steps of signature service  

·                     Knowledgeable of bar drinks and food items  

·                     Serve hot food hot and cold food cold 

·                     Execute Knuckle Sandwich food and beverage steps of service 

·                     Treat the guests as family & anticipate guests needs  

·                     Walks the bowling alley to ensure Guest needs are met  

·                     Reset and trouble shoot bowling machines as needed 

·                     Schedule Guests for bowling using our automated kiosk   

·                     Team player 

·                     Maintains a clean and organized station 

·                     Performs various other duties as assigned by manager 

·                     Team Member may be required to perform other duties

·                     Have Fun!

Requirements:  

·                     Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends, and holidays  

·                     A minimum of 6 months’ work experience in a high-volume restaurant or bowling                        venue 

·                     ABC Card 

·                     Enjoy interacting with families and children 

·                     Must be at least 18yrs old.  

·                     Ability to work in fast paced environment 

·                     Ability to stand for long periods of time  

·                     Believes in SAFETY to protect the guests and other team members!  

·                     Enjoy having fun!
