What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Title Insurance Processor position at Downtown Hollywood Title Insurance Agency?
Hollywood Real Estate Title Insurance firm seeks motivated and energetic Real Estate Title Insurance Processor/Closer for immediate hire. Excellent organizational and communication skills, close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are a must. Must have great customer service skills. Must have at least 2 years of recent Florida experience as a Real Estate Title Insurance Processor/ Closer.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service- Communicate with realtors, lenders, buyers, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure smooth and accurate transactions
- Order title commitment, payoffs, estoppels, surveys, lien searches and any other items necessary to clear title and process real estate transactions.
- Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status
- Prepare deeds, escrow agreements and other settlement documents, including seller documents.
- Experience with conducting loan closings is a MUST.
- All aspects of post closing, including but not limited to preparation of shipping packages to lender, e-recording through Simplifile and final policy requests.
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
- Familiarity with QUALIA is a plus
