- Support office operations by performing administrative tasks related to customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and sales processes is beneficial.
- Proficiency in handling office tasks and utilizing various software applications.
- Experience with outbound calling practices is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.24 - $22.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week
