Job Title : Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Work Experience: 8 Yrs
Work location: Dallas, TX (onsite)
Must Have Skills:
- 5 years of experience in Time & Labor ( T&L), Benefits and Absence management modules, HCM with minimum 3 Implementation experience (preferably US Clients)
- Having T&L Implementation experience
- Hands-on Experience in converting Timecards to Redwood Design
- Technically Strong and Hands-on experience in OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, Journeys, BPM workflows.
- Good business knowledge in the Oracle Fusion Payroll functional area like Payroll Fast Formulas writing / amending
- Should have strong technical/development skills on data loading using FBDI, spreadsheet loader and APIs.
- Understanding of various integration touchpoints with other modules specifically Benefits, Time & Labor and absences.
- Ability to work independently and manage task assignments
- Customer focused with a pro-active and responsive approach
- Experience in Requirement Analysis, Technical Documentations, migration documents and test scripts.
- Strong communication skills with customers and end users for understanding requirement and solutioning.
Good To Have Skills :
- Good to have fusion integration experience with REST/SOAP, MuleSoft
- Experience in HCM Journeys
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Understanding from Clients and translating them to Technical Deliverables
- Should be able to convert the T&L timecards to Redwood Design
- Develop & deliver OTBI/ BIP reports
- Should be able to relate the product functionality to business processes and offer recommendations to customers on business scenarios mapping to Fusion HCM.
