Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead the benefits open enrollment process, work with benefits, Payroll and Compensation, and prepare for the implementation of customizations in Oracle cloud Benefits. The successful candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, technical skills in Oracle cloud HCM Benefits, and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, human resources, or computer science.
At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on open enrollment and implementation of customizations in Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits.
Strong skills in Oracle cloud HCM Benefits, Payroll and Compensation
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Lead the benefits open enrollment process, including gathering open enrollment requirements, working with benefits administrators, and preparing for the implementation of customizations in Oracle cloud Benefits.
Prepare a fit-gap analysis to identify areas where customizations are required to meet business needs.
Lead the CRP (Change Request Process), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and production cut-over planning for benefits of open enrollment.
Prepare benefits, open enrollment test cases and assist users during testing.
Work with benefits partners and providers to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
Prepare technical/functional design and method documentation for Oracle cloud benefits technical team.
Implement customizations, including reports and integrations, in Oracle cloud benefits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and benefits administration, to ensure successful implementation of benefits open
