Position Summary
The Business Development Manager will join our Business Development Team under the Director of Business Development. The Primary objective will be to source, develop, and foster relationships with potential and active clients. At Doyle, we pride ourselves on high client retention which reflects our stellar team and quality workmanship.
Core Role
- Directly reaching out to potential clients
- Implement and manage long term sales strategy
- Executing an organized and consistent follow up approach to develop relationships
- Managing and maintaining a CRM
- Developing creative initiative for client outreach
- Attending sales related meetings and events
- Collaborating with and support the Business Development Team
Requirements
High School Diploma minimum required
2 years of relevant experience preferred
CRM experience required
Salesforce experience required
Excellent references
Self-structured and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, bonus/commission plan
