QUALIFICATIONS :
- PURPOSE OF JOB :
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Oversees "At Your Request", Fresh Inspirations, One Vision Cafe, Well Bean and production area. Assures that At Your Request time frames are maintained.
- Responsible for sanitation and safety in the department. Responsible for safe handling of all food in accordance with all HACCP guidelines and Department policies.
- Functions in any capacity as an Associate in case of unusual or extra-ordinary requests for service or lack of available staffing
- Conforms to all hospital policies and procedures regarding scheduling of Associates, coaching and counseling, training and other personnel issues.
- Maintains a SERVICE attitude when providing customer service. Demonstrates and models the core SERVICE values.
- Completes all safety training and adheres to safety procedures in daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education: Able to read, write and communicate fluently in the English language.
- Experience: Food Service or other hospitality related experience preferred.
