Job Description:
PURPOSE OF JOB: Assists in building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and fostering community for the health system. Responsible for content development, optimizing, posting and distributing (ie. blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and video posts) to drive traffic to DoylestownHealth.org and other Doylestown Health assets. Infuses patient education into content creation, community calendars, and collaborates with community partners. Acts as project manager in collaboration with vendors and the marketing team to analyze, plan, develop and maintain campaigns, websites, content library, and digital assets. Maintains up-to-date inventory of assets, including locations for displays, collateral, banners, etc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Content Marketing and Project Management. Manages content flow, creating, publishing and distributing relevant and valuable content to attract, acquire, and engage existing and potential consumers. Work with graphic designer to create engaging digital content and track analytics to optimize future content.
- Social Media. Develops content and facilitates social media strategy and tactics across multiple platforms. Maintains the schedule for content development, monitors and responds to posts and collaborates with departments to inform and execute digital content requests.
- Digital Monitoring and Analytics. Provide listening, engagement, and analysis capabilities across digital channels to help inform Doylestown Health marketing and communication strategy and to improve patient experience. Facilitate content and utilize reputation management tool to listen and respond to online reviews. Analyze web, social media, newsletter, and digital campaign metrics to inform content, SEO, and marketing strategies.
- Digital Advertising Operations and Development. Supports the Marketing team and service line team leaders to develop digital campaigns and implement pay-per-click, display and social advertising to communicate Doylestown Health services, physicians, classes, and programs in effort to meet health system goals and business building objectives.
- Coordinate photography and video shoots and manage production of videos. Coordinates planning of photography and video shoots for Marketing and other departments as strategic needs arise. Edits existing videos to update branding and content changes.
Job Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in marketing with health care marketing preferable but not mandatory. Background in content marketing and social media management required
- Skills:
- Project management skills related to marketing and web development
- Background in content marketing and social media development and execution
- Background in user experience, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and keyword management.
- Ability to execute editorial content strategies across client's digital media and social channels
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, Google Docs, Dropbox, and content management systems, such as Sprout and Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite desired or willingness to be trained to execute select design projects a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills required
- Must be very well organized and able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills, and strong business acumen. Must be a team player, demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex responsibilities, be able to work independently and make decisions under pressing timelines and circumstances. Must exercise strict budget control.
