Description
The Marketing Coordinator creates, implements, and oversees communications programs, both internal and external, which describe and promote Consarc and its products, brands, and services. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, graphic design, advertising, writing for marketing campaigns, photography, and assisting with tasks involving the corporate logo such as marketing materials and business cards. Coordination with outside vendors for the on-time delivery of these tasks is expected. A successful candidate will pay great attention to detail and ensure that deadlines are met on time, if not early.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage external advertising and marketing activities of Consarc
- Manage internal communications programs
- Create and modify images for sales documents, presentations, and promotional materials
- Coordinate conference and exhibition attendance and displays, manage promotional item inventory
- Communicate with executives of subsidiary companies
- Track marketing and sales initiatives and report on results
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Extensive knowledge of B2B social media marketing strategies (LinkedIn)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including the Management Team
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and facilitate projects
- Experience in creating marketing materials such as print and digital advertisements, sales brochures, and product literature
- Demonstrated creative and technical writing skills Some photography experience required (headshots and product photos), videography skills are a plus
- Excellent time management and vendor management skills
