Summary:JHP is in search of a dynamic and results driven marketing coordinator that is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and strategies. This role typically involves managing day-to-day marketing activities, email marketing, organizing events, coordinating with external vendors and agencies, tracking marketing metrics, and supporting the marketing team in various tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Coordination: Oversee all aspects of email campaigns, from content creation to scheduling and audience segmentation.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Website Management: Update the company website regularly with information about upcoming events, marketing assets, and channel information.
- Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and track performance of social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Administrative Support: Handle marketing logistics, maintain project timelines, and collaborate with external agencies or vendors as needed.
- Education: bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
