Qualifications, Experience And Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Extensive experience (10 years) in logistics and supply chain management, with a specific focus on developing and implementing logistics strategies within the chemicals industry and related sectors.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective logistics and supply chain strategies, resulting in tangible contributions to business growth and profitability.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with large datasets related to technology supply chain operations.
Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence within a logistics context.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex logistics concepts to non-logistics stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience in implementing Lean methodology and driving continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
Familiarity with logistics technology, including transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. commonly used in the technology industry.
