The Manager, PMI Systems is responsible for managing all people-related aspects of post-merger integrations, ensuring a smooth transition for employees, alignment of HR processes, and cultural integration. This role collaborates with HR, leadership teams, and key stakeholders to drive talent retention, organizational design, and employee engagement during integration processes.

The Manager, PMI Systems is responsible for managing all people-related aspects of post-merger integrations, ensuring a smooth transition for employees, alignment of HR processes, and cultural integration. This role collaborates with HR, leadership teams, and key stakeholders to drive talent retention, organizational design, and employee engagement during integration processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement people integration strategies to align with overall business objectives
- Ensure seamless transition of HR policies, procedures, and systems between the merging entities
- Planning the integration requirements and implementation steps and planning for People
- Identifying the key processes for the People area and determining where education, training, or process redesign may be necessary to ensure positive operating results
- Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption
- Lead cultural integration initiatives to unify teams and foster collaboration
- Assessing where “white space” may exist between your functional area and other functional areas and determining who you must work with to address any “white space” issues (often value resides between functions and requires cross-functional coordination in order to extract it)
- Accountable for full execution to the end of the integration and, with that in mind, size and manage the virtual team assigned for integration of their areas
- Determining the Exit Criteria* for your functional area
- Tracking the expenses for your functional area
- Facilitating the work of their Work Stream, providing guidance and direction to Work Stream members, coordinating activities with other Work Streams, and reporting status to the IMO
- Work with the IMO/PMO, Steerco, Integration Leader on status & progress reporting (incl risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies)
- Act as change agent ensuring that the DP World culture exists with the new business
- Ensure clear communication paths are available to feed information two ways through the organization(s)
- Work mostly with internal and external people, communications, commercial and management teams
- 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on M&A, change management, or organizational development
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements and priorities
- Familiarity with data management, reporting, and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong expertise in HR policies, talent management, and cultural integration
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in global or multi-regional integrations is a plus
