The Manager, PMI Process is responsible for managing all process-related aspects of post-merger integrations, ensuring seamless operational alignment, standardization, and efficiency. This role collaborates with business units, transformation teams, and key stakeholders to optimize workflows, eliminate redundancies, and drive process harmonization across the merged entities.

The Manager, PMI Process is responsible for managing all process-related aspects of post-merger integrations, ensuring seamless operational alignment, standardization, and efficiency. This role collaborates with business units, transformation teams, and key stakeholders to optimize workflows, eliminate redundancies, and drive process harmonization across the merged entities.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement process integration strategies to align with overall business objectives.
- Ensure seamless transition of policies, procedures, and business processes between the merging entities.
- Plan integration requirements and implementation steps to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify the key processes for the functional area and determine where education, training, or process redesign may be necessary to ensure positive operating results.
- Assess and address "white space" issues between functional areas, ensuring cross-functional coordination to extract maximum value.
- Accountable for full execution of process integration and manage the virtual team assigned for integration of their areas.
- Determine the Exit Criteria for the functional area and ensure successful completion of integration goals.
- Track expenses related to the functional area to ensure budget alignment.
- Facilitate the work of the assigned Work Stream, providing guidance and direction to Work Stream members, coordinating activities with other Work Streams, and reporting status to the IMO
- Collaborate with the IMO/PMO, Steerco, and Integration Leader on status & progress reporting, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Act as a change agent ensuring that the DP World culture exists within the new business
- Ensure clear communication paths are available to facilitate information exchange throughout the organization
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including communications, commercial, and management teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in process optimization, business transformation, or post-merger integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement efficiency improvements
- Effective communication, change management, and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in process management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM) or change management preferred
