The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities
PROJECT PLANNING & INITIATION
- Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
- Identify project dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members
- Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and make adjustments as necessary
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain a risk log and escalate critical risks as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications
- Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives
- Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes and lessons learned
- Document project results, best practices, and recommendations for future projects
- Ensure proper handover of project deliverables and documentation
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in project management
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred
- Experience in Logistics is a plus
