The Sr. Director of PMI Integrations is responsible for leading and executing the seamless integration of acquired companies into the organization and coordinating operational due diligence during the M&A process. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and effective execution of integration initiatives to maximize value creation.
The Sr. Director ensures alignment with business objectives, optimizes synergies, and mitigates risks associated with mergers and acquisitions.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies and frameworks to ensure smooth transition and alignment with corporate objectives
- Establish the integration playbook for acquisitions across all disciplines within DP World Americas
- Define integration priorities, milestones, and success metrics while driving timely execution
- Lead cross-functional teams across finance, HR, operations, IT, and other key business areas to ensure efficient and effective integration
- Act as the primary point of contact between the acquired business and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding
- Identify, assess, and capture synergies from acquisitions to maximize financial and operational value
- Implement best practices to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and enhance business performance
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure integration activities adhere to all necessary governance requirements
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate cultural alignment and employee engagement during the integration process
- Establish clear communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization
- Monitor and report integration progress, challenges, and success metrics to executive leadership
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to optimize the integration process and drive continuous improvement
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership teams, external advisors, and integration partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on integration matters and strategic decision-making
- Identify, document and quantify assumptions in the due diligence phase
- Work with various stakeholders to identify and plan for risk mitigation that exists in an integration
- Lead regular SteerCo’s with senior executives to provide updates, risks, and decisions required post acquisition
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or a related field
- 10 years of experience in M&A integration, strategy, or management consulting preferably in the logistics space
- Proven track record of leading large-scale integrations and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of business functions, financial acumen, and project management expertise
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complexity, drive change, and influence decision-making at senior levels
