FAB Supervisor:
InnovaFlex™ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced FAB Supervisor to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing operations in both Test and FAB production, ensuring seamless execution of activities that align with company objectives. The FAB Supervisor will serve as the primary liaison between management, engineering, and maintenance to optimize processes, address equipment needs, and ensure the production line operates efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the shift manufacturing line operates efficiently, executing appropriate processes and actions to achieve maximum efficiency
- Production liaison between Management (Leadership), Engineering and Maintenance for process, equipment, procedures
- Employee feedback on performance through l:1, disciplinary and performance appraisals
- Planning and scheduling shift priorities to meet production goals and objectives and reporting
- Employee time tracking, vacations, sick time
Additional Responsibilities:
- Execute to process engineering issues and directives
- Enforce established company safety guidelines
- All other assignments / duties as assigned
Education:
Minimum Preferred: Bachelor’s degree - Business or Like Discipline

Minimum Experience Preferred:
- 2 years Operations Management experience
- 5 years FAB and/or Test Operations experience
- 1 years Shift or Area Lead experience

Salary is $65,000 - $80,000K DOE shift differential
Annual Bonus: 15%; prorated 1st year based on date of hire

Work Environment:
- FAB - Clean Room is 85% of job
- Office Setting is 15% of job
Work Schedule:
- B Shift 7pm-7:30am Sun-Tues, plus every other Sat 7pm-2:30am
