InnovaFlex™ is excited to announce an opportunity for a Test Operator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining FAB Equipment, ensuring smooth flat panel processing and production. Your duties will include data gathering, equipment verification, and adherence to clean room protocols. As part of our commitment to safety, you’ll work with hazardous chemicals while wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment). InnovaFlex™ is a nontraditional-semiconductor designer and manufacturer that has capabilities to create a variety of electronics on both glass and flexible substrates. We are the largest amorphous silicon semiconductor manufacturer outside of Asia and have a variety of other products including sensors, batteries, antennas, wearables, backplanes and more for some of today’s most innovative solutions in the military, medical, industrial, and security imaging businesses. Major Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of flat panel equipment, ensuring proper use of PPE
• Move WIP (work in process) through the production line to meet production targets and objectives
• Track data to Statistical Process Control (SPC) standards and maintain tool qualifications
• Train and certify to, and maintain, on various FAB and test operations based on shift needs
• Work with and collaborate with Process and Maintenance Engineers to address product development, process issues, and suggestions
• Understand and execute to process engineering issues and directives
• Work effectively in a clean room environment, following enforced company safety guidelines and wearing your PPE
• Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned, based on business needs.

Education & Years of Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in fab operations or clean room environment preferred

  Hourly Wage: $20.00-$22.00
• Annual Bonus: 10% (prorated based on DOH)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols required
• Ability to work effectively in a team required
• 1 – 5 years Semiconductor / Flat Panel experience Test preferred
• Ability to follow written and oral directions in a high-tech manufacturing environment required
• Possess computer skills and competency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
• Willingness to learn, improve and adapt when working under time constraints, production and/or quality issues required

Working Environment:

• Fab – Cleanroom: 100% of job
• Working around hazardous chemicals that require the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Other:

• Ability to understand and execute Management and Engineering directives
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to work in and enforce established company safety guidelines / Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Compressed Schedule:

• Shift A: 7am-7:30pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7:00am-7:30pm, plus every other Wednesday 7:00am - 2:30pm
• Shift D: 7pm-7:30am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; plus, every other Saturday 7pm-2:30am shift differential 15%
• Additional hours as needed to support business needs and meet deadlines
