Key Responsibilities
- Develop processes for photoresist and organic low-K materials (e.g., Polyimide, BCB).
- Provide engineering support for high-volume manufacturing, troubleshooting process and equipment-related issues.
- Collaborate with Process Integration and Business Development teams on new product introductions (NPIs).
- Analyze and improve product quality using statistical process control (SPC) methods.
- Optimize processes to reduce manufacturing costs and increase product yield.
- Maintain detailed process and equipment documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (preferred).
- 5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Expertise in photolithography processes for semiconductor or flat panel manufacturing (required).
- Experience with photoresist coating and development; extrusion coating experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of SPC methods and data analysis (required).
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments (required).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (required).
- Advanced knowledge of organic low-K materials (required).
- Proficiency in process optimization and design of experiments (DOE) (required).
Work Schedule and Environment
- Schedule: Monday–Friday; 40 hours week; additional hours as needed to support business requirements.
- Work Environment:
- FAB Clean Room: 40%
- SubFAB Room (mechanical, electrical, pumps): 10%
- Office Setting: 50%
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
- Base Salary: $73,329 - $130,000 DOE
- Annual Bonus Target: 15% (prorated for the first year based on hire date)
