Key Responsibilities

  • Develop processes for photoresist and organic low-K materials (e.g., Polyimide, BCB).
  • Provide engineering support for high-volume manufacturing, troubleshooting process and equipment-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Process Integration and Business Development teams on new product introductions (NPIs).
  • Analyze and improve product quality using statistical process control (SPC) methods.
  • Optimize processes to reduce manufacturing costs and increase product yield.
  • Maintain detailed process and equipment documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in a STEM field (preferred).
  • 5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Expertise in photolithography processes for semiconductor or flat panel manufacturing (required).
  • Experience with photoresist coating and development; extrusion coating experience (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SPC methods and data analysis (required).
  • Familiarity with cleanroom environments (required).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (required).
  • Advanced knowledge of organic low-K materials (required).
  • Proficiency in process optimization and design of experiments (DOE) (required).

Work Schedule and Environment

  • Schedule: Monday Friday; 40 hours week; additional hours as needed to support business requirements.
  • Work Environment:
    • FAB Clean Room: 40%
    • SubFAB Room (mechanical, electrical, pumps): 10%
    • Office Setting: 50%
    • Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary:

  • Base Salary: $73,329 - $130,000 DOE
  • Annual Bonus Target: 15% (prorated for the first year based on hire date)
