The Craft Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Project Team by managing various aspects related to craft personnel. This includes handling administrative tasks, coordinating orientations, and serving as a primary contact for craft employees. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Craft New Hire paperwork and physicals, including processing new hire packets and entering data into Workday.
- Coordinate and present Craft New Hire Orientation in collaboration with the Craft Talent Partner.
- Maintain manpower log for all craft.
- Process craft hires, re-hires, terminations, and changes of status in Workday.
- Act as a point of contact for craft employees addressing questions related to benefits, time, and phone/iPad/laptops.
- Submit per diem requests for traveling craft employees.
- Assist Superintendents and Project Managers with various craft-related needs.
- Collaborate with Regional and National Team Members, including HR, Craft Benefits Generalist, Craft Talent Partners, Payroll, and Safety Team for comprehensive craft support.
- Utilize company systems such as Workday, Rhumbix, CMiC, to enter data & run/generate reports as needed.
- Coordinate lunch orders, trainings and meetings as needed.

- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish). Ability to read, write and speak is required.
- Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
- People centric and self-motivated.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Professionalism and pleasant demeanor.
- Proficient computer skills.
- 2 years of administrative work.
- A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
