Job Description
OES Equipment, a part of the DPR family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry and we are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our financial planning and reporting. We are looking for a strategic finance leader capable of delivering high-quality solutions to complex predictive and historical reporting needs.
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for the following:
Serve as a strategic business partner for the OES Leaders and the extended leadership team.
Manage monthly forecasting and annual Business Planning processes.
Develop planning models that continue to be more predictive.
Develop, maintain and promote margin variance reporting for equipment and stock sales.
Maintain regular cash flow reporting and predictive modeling to align with company objectives.
Maintain capital expenditure planning and reporting process.
Prepare, maintain and review multiple branch/location/segment income statements.
Identify and advance Finance initiatives supporting companywide improvements.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills using research and analytics. Able to get further upstream (proactive about identifying trends, issues, root cause analysis, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize to accomplish overall goals.
Ability to effectively convey complex financial insights and provide regular and thorough communication to various stakeholders across the organization.
Ability to identify and implement best practices, think strategically, and plan for the long-term success of the organization.

Education and Experience:
10+ years practicing accounting and finance support required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline required.
Experience with Oracle EPM or similar planning tools preferred.
Construction, Distribution, or Rental industry experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
