OES Equipment, a part of the DPR family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry and we are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our financial planning and reporting. We are looking for a strategic finance leader capable of delivering high-quality solutions to complex predictive and historical reporting needs.
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for the following:

We are looking for a strategic finance leader capable of delivering high-quality solutions to complex predictive and historical reporting needs.
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as a strategic business partner for the OES Leaders and the extended leadership team.
- Manage monthly forecasting and annual Business Planning processes.
- Develop planning models that continue to be more predictive.
- Develop, maintain and promote margin variance reporting for equipment and stock sales.
- Maintain regular cash flow reporting and predictive modeling to align with company objectives.
- Maintain capital expenditure planning and reporting process.
- Prepare, maintain and review multiple branch/location/segment income statements.
- Identify and advance Finance initiatives supporting companywide improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills using research and analytics. Able to get further upstream (proactive about identifying trends, issues, root cause analysis, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize to accomplish overall goals.
- Ability to effectively convey complex financial insights and provide regular and thorough communication to various stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to identify and implement best practices, think strategically, and plan for the long-term success of the organization.

- 10 years practicing accounting and finance support required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline required.
- Experience with Oracle EPM or similar planning tools preferred.
- Construction, Distribution, or Rental industry experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
