What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist - Injury Prevention position at DPT Management?
Doctors of Physical Therapy On-site is looking for a full to part time Physical Therapist to partner with leading American manufacturers in state-of-the-art industrial settings. This position will work among several industrial locations in the Duncanville, Dallas, and/or Grand Prairie areas.
This onsite role is geared towards injury prevention, early intervention, body mechanics training, ergonomic injury risk assessments, and symptom management education for industrial athletes. There is minimal patient care for this position as the role is designed to be a proactive approach to health and safety.

Scheduling flexibility is preferred. While we typically make our own schedules onsite, it is important to occasionally make ourselves available for employees who work earlier and later shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Make recommendations for proper body mechanics and workstyles
- Provide new employee injury prevention education
- Perform ergonomic assessments
- Walk the production space and interact with employees
- Perform injury screens and provide first aid
- Roll out pre-shift warm up exercise program
- Partner with industrial client's management team
