We are looking for 2 Team Members who are willing to be trained, who are committed to showing up to work every day and who have a heart for people. We will train you on the rest.
Duties include but are not limited to: Answering the telephone and scheduling appointments, greeting and checking patients in, explaining insurance benefits, assisting Patients with eyeglass frame selection and repairs, pre-testing, and much more. You will never be bored!
Minimum Requirements: Ability to successfully communicate and relate to people of all ages and backgrounds, basic math skills, demonstratable computer skills, strong attention to detail. High school diploma or GED. MUST have an excellent attendance record, attitude, and work ethic.
We are offering a sign on bonus after 90 days if you have at least 1 year of medical office experience. We also offer an attendance bonus.
