Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the practice. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Presentation of treatment plans
- Strong focus on Explanation of financing options
- Schedule optimization, ensure all treatment not delivered is scheduled before patient dismissal
- Assist the clinical team as well as the front desk in time of need
- Building strong relationships with patients, Staff and Doctor
- Set clear expectations for the treatment outcome with the patient, only offer what can be delivered. Other duties as Present a strong understanding and focus on follow up for those patients
- Be consistent with follow up protocol when patients don’t receive treatment or schedule before discharge.
- Clear communication with the doctor on the patients expectation, needs, wants and ability to pay.
- Own the follow up on patients who did not convert to treatment
- Help meet the patient where they are financially, revisit TX plan with Doctor when plan doesn’t work for the patient
- Proper handoff to the front desk when patient is discharged
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for patient management; experience with Dentrix or eClinicalWorks is a plus.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.65 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
