The Parent Engagement Coordinator is responsible for strengthening the relationship between HFCA and parents/guardians to enhance student success. This role will implement a strategic and innovative approach to family engagement, including a streamlined process for parents to access resources, provide feedback, and receive coaching on how to best support their children’s education. The Coordinator will also develop and manage an after-hours family support hotline to assist parents with academic support, attendance strategies, and school-related concerns.
