Chiropractic Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractic practice by assisting with patient care, managing office tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, along with excellent patient service skills.

Duties

• Assist Doctor of chiropractic during patient examinations and record preparation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Conduct initial patient assessments to gather relevant medical history.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and exercises as directed by the chiropractor.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the office.
• Answer patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
• Learn Chiro-Touch software and billing procedures.
• Patient billing and insurance billing as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
• Understanding of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient assessments.
• Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
• Previous experience in chiropractic healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
