Employee Job Title: Estate and Office Housekeeper
Location: Onsite
Hours: Full-time, Mon - Fri, between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST
Reports to: Owners
Compensation: $20 per hour
Job Description: The Estate and Office Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment at a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom primary residence and off-site office. This role ensures both spaces are welcoming, functional, and balanced between professional workspaces and home life. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and physically capable of handling cleaning, maintenance, and organizational tasks, consistently upholding the high standards of the household and business.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment using non-toxic cleaning practices and provided supplies
- Perform detailed indoor cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, removing cobwebs, cleaning windows, and maintaining overall tidiness
- Oversee laundry and ironing duties to ensure clothing and linens are well-maintained
- Conduct daily kitchen cleaning, including washing dishes, cleaning baseboards and wiping down cabinets
- Ensure outdoor areas are clean and welcoming by sweeping concrete surfaces, tidying outdoor seating, and caring for plants near main entrances
- Drive to off-site office locations to manage cleanliness, organization, and functionality of supplies, ensuring all areas remain neat and professional
- Assist with general labor tasks, including maintaining the functionality of facilities and addressing any hazards to ensure a safe and operational environment
- Develop and sustain efficient organizational systems for both indoor and outdoor spaces, including main house, office spaces, and off-site location
- Monitor, maintain, and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies across all facilities, ensuring an adequate stock at all times
- Assist with personal and business-related errands requested by ownership such as picking up dry cleaning, delivering packages, or assisting with household and office operations
- Assist with the setup, management, and cleanup of company events, ensuring all spaces are event-ready and fully restored post-event
- Liaise with contracted labor and the owners to respond to requests, queries, or specific project needs
Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial services preferred
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds, perform bending, reaching, and twisting motions, and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license to commute between multiple facilities as needed
