A Client Care Specialist working in our real estate company is responsible for qualifying incoming leads, prospecting for new leads, following up with past leads to make them sales ready for the agent and setting appointments. A California Real Estate License is REQUIRED. Candidate MUST live within Shasta or Tehama County.

Qualifications for the Real Estate Client Care Specialist:
- 1 years of experience working in a high-volume office environment
- An active CA Real Estate License is required
- Knowledge of real estate escrow a plus
- Experience with CRM Programs is preferred
- Experience with Docusign is preferred
- Experience with Zipforms is preferred
- Self-motivated & dedicated professional
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
