A NEW CHALLENGE AWAITS YOU IN THE AMERICAS REGION
This is a brand new Dr. Martens store location set to open in early May 2025, offering a unique chance to shape the store's success from the ground up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you will possess these fundamental qualities:
- 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear and/or apparel. An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is desirable.
- Experience managing staff, setting schedules, assessing performance, and supporting professional development.
- Thorough knowledge of retail merchandising and operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, retail/register systems, web-based programs, and computerized inventory systems, with experience in MPOS and StoreForce being an asset.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to engage with diverse customers.
- Analytical ability to identify and evaluate problem areas, implementing effective solutions.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as well as navigate stairs and ladders.
- Domestic travel required, up to 5%.
