Duties
- Assist with front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.

- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Help communicate with Spanish clients, and assist with translating and writing reports.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Utilize computer software for various administrative functions, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all office activities run smoothly.
Experience
- This position is strictly for Bilingual candidates, as we are looking to enhance communication within our diverse team.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational abilities to maintain an orderly work environment.
