Job Summary

Are you curious-minded with a passion for providing insights on product performance, pricing, and sales trends? As Sales Analyst, Pricing Data & Reporting, you will be responsible for executing critical pricing programming, data synchronization, and category management activities to support the sales operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations and working cross-functionally, you'll contribute to effective decision-making through accurate analytics and reporting and effective pricing execution.

Essential Responsibilities

Execute pricing changes within SAP ensuring timely and accurate updates across all sales channels and customer segments.
Monitor and resolve pricing discrepancies by working with relevant cross-functional teams to safeguarding pricing alignment with company policies and strategies.
Maintenance and execution of data synchronization with the GDSN & GTIN assignment, providing seamless integration and consistency across systems. Respond to internal and external requests for GTIN data and / or data synchronization.
Data extraction from Point of Sales platforms, structuring data for analysis and visualization.
Support Category Manager with reporting and analytics to support key retailers and utilizing best practice category management techniques such as retail intelligence, space optimization, and shelf / item rationalization.
Collaborate with Sales Operations, Consumer Business Unit, Insights & Analytics to identify and facilitate process improvement opportunities, knowledge sharing, and best practices.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree required, emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field is preferred Certification in Data Analysis is desirable.

2 years business experience with demonstrated progressive experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, or Data Analysis.

Strong track record of success and business acumen.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Create, maintain, and present detailed reports that highlight key business insights and trends in Point of Sale platforms. (Circana, Luminate, Data Warehouse).

Skilled in working with pricing systems (SAP), including implementing pricing updates and configurations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with pricing discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and reporting errors.

High attention to detail when executing pricing changes and reviewing data to ensure accuracy.

Multi-tasker, able to manage multiple projects and simultaneously and deliver results on time, particularly when working with cross-functional teams.

Ability to adapt to changing business requirements, technology platforms, and operational processes in a dynamic environment.

Previous experience with the GS1 Consumer Product Good guidelines a plus, direct experience in GDSN data synchronization is a plus.

Understanding of GDSN workflows, from Party / GLN setup and registration, to Subscription setups, product GTIN registrations, publications to multiple trading partners, and all of the product synchronization life-cycle stages.

Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
