• Maintain confidential information.
• Perform duties of Administrative Assistant such as inventory, ordering supplies, requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Maintain attendance records for teachers, aides, office staff, including subs (as needed) on a daily basis and then submit payroll weekly.
• Draft correspondence under the direction of the Principal.
• Maintain student records and attendance, including transferring and withdrawing students.
• Aspen: enter attendance on a daily basis, maintain changes in student records, such as, address/telephone numbers.
• Sort and distribute mail directed to the building.
• Ability to organize time, work independently and accomplish tasks despite frequent interruptions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal and/or Superintendent.
