We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and another language.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their inquiries or feedback.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services offered by the company to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and experience with sales transactions.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and at least one additional language (multilingual).
- Ability to handle outbound calling effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
