Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Candidate should be familiar with aesthetic procedures and willing to take the initiate to learn them. Phone skills and ability to convert leads to patient is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and manage inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry to support office operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence and handling mail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
  • Support medical reception duties when necessary, including patient check-in and record management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Skills

  • Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing and typing.
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus.
  • skills are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
