POSITION SUMMARY:
Dr. Vince Clinical Research is seeking a Volunteer Recruiter with a background in customer service, scheduling experience and strong communication skills to join its growing team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for speaking with research volunteers over the phone, providing them with clinical trial information, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling appointments.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Volunteer Recruiter is responsible for providing research volunteers with clinical trial information as well as pre-screening volunteers over the phone to help determine eligibility for various clinical trials. They will also ensure various tasks are performed in compliance with the study protocol, our company’s policies, and operating procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a high level of customer service and quality of work
- Answer in-coming calls and web submission forms from potential research volunteers
- Interact with research volunteers on multiple communication platforms
- Contact past and potential research volunteers to provide clinical trial information
- Schedule screening and/or clinical trial related appointments
- Update recruitment database with volunteer contact, demographic, and relevant medical information
- Review and understand all assigned and actively enrolling clinical trials
- Make every effort to fulfill recruitment targets and department objectives
- Assist with front office duties
- Other duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years in the customer service industry
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Research experience preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
