Support the monitoring process for inventory levels, taking into consideration production supply and the level of the warehouse and container inventory
Principal Activities :
Responsible for executing and documenting corrections for cycle counts in cooperation with area team leader. All corrections must be analyzed and documented.
Assist planners in various inventory issues.
Manage inventory control (physical and WMS) : Launch and Phase-Outs; Scrap; Excess Inventory; Discrepancies .
Maintain work instructions and provide proper training pertaining to HOST and all logistical functions. (PIT Licensing).
Working knowledge of Receiving, High-Bay, and Shipping processes.
Leads / represents plant in all change management activities and assures accurate implementation in all operational areas.
Responsible for warehouse conditions and audits per DRX standards.
Job Requirements :
Highschool Diploma or GED.
3-5 Years of Manufacturing Experience.
SAP, IPST, Host.
Forklift Certification; stand / reach, sit-down; tugger.
WMS System; iWarehouse; IPST.
Able to work daily / weekend overtime with short notice.
Must be a team player.
