Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in resolving issues by providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed.
- Handle and resolve complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Support the sales and service teams by communicating customer needs and feedback.
- Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products or services.
- Keep a log of customer interactions and maintain organized records.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
