Responsibilities
- Organizing the Subcontractor CRO Managers.
- Participate in the Three Weekly Look Ahead meeting, Weekly Coordination meeting and providing information on the activities scheduled for the following week, to allow the compilation of the Weekly Traffic Flow plan.
- Review the access/exit/recovery permits received from Subcontractor managers’ and CRO Team Managers.
- Acts has the authorized person/signatory for the CRO permit to work System and forwards the permits to the Yard Master for approval.
- Carry out the verification that the test tracks are clear of all obstacles and equipment prior to the release of the test train.
- Carry out the verification of change requests received from the Subcontractor managers, CRO Team Managers.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Relevant experience in construction, transportation, or railway operations, particularly in coordinating subcontractor activities and managing traffic flow.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Transportation Management, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Communication and attention to detail skills
