Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a transportation-related field.

Drago Vantage is seeking a hard-working and collaborative professional to join our team. This role provides many opportunities to find transportation funding solutions, create strategies for project prioritization, and help build client relationships in the Sacramento region and beyond.
Major functions and skills include :
- Experience and understanding of complex transportation planning issues.
- Strong technical writing skills, such as professional memos, reports, plans, and / or grants.
- Basic understanding of state and federal transportation policies and laws.
- Ability to assist with the development and preparation of documents related to transportation planning including grants and funding strategies.
- Ability to conduct research and data collection necessary for project analysis.
- Desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Team player who can work in a collaborative, small team environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Teams, Word and Excel.
