Drago Vantage is seeking a hard-working and collaborative professional to join our team. This role provides many opportunities to find transportation funding solutions, create strategies for project prioritization, and help build client relationships in the Sacramento region and beyond.
Major functions and skills include :
- Manage personnel, including training, mentorship, and performance evaluation, to build a capable and motivated workforce.
- Work with senior leadership to grow a small company.
- Experience and understanding of complex transportation issues.
- Lead the department in identifying, applying for, and managing grants to support transportation projects and initiatives.
- Manage projects and develop high-quality internal and client relationships.
- Strong technical writing skills, such as professional memos, reports, plans, and / or grants.
- Strong understanding of state and federal transportation policies and laws.
- Experience and understanding of transportation grants and funding.
- Public and government stakeholder engagement experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects at the same time, both independently and in a small team environment.
