">We're seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team. As our Operations Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our CEO, managing key responsibilities in accounting, people operations, and administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Supporting the CEO – Manage administrative tasks, maintain organized documentation, and assist with special projects.
- Financial Tracking and Reporting – Own expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy in GSheets, Excel, and QuickBooks Online.
- Maintaining Operational Efficiency – Handle office logistics, maintain business documentation, and run daily errands.
- Managing People Operations Tasks – Assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, and support HR-related administrative work.
Requirements
">- Strong Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to effectively communicate with the team and external stakeholders.
- Proactive Problem-Solving – Proactive and solutions-oriented, with an ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
- Technical Skills – Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and QuickBooks Online, with an ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Attention to Detail – You take pride in getting things right the first time, whether it's financial data, scheduling, or project execution.
