">As our Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting our CEO, managing financial tracking and reporting, maintaining operational efficiency, and handling People Operations tasks.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Financial Tracking and Reporting – Ensure accuracy in expense tracking, financial reporting, and data entry using Google Sheets, Excel, and QuickBooks Online.
- Operational Efficiency – Handle office logistics, maintain business documentation, and run daily errands.
- People Operations – Assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, and support HR-related administrative work.
- Workflow Optimization – Identify ways to improve efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep the business running smoothly.
Requirements
">- Attention to Detail – You take pride in getting things right the first time, whether it's financial data, scheduling, or project execution.
- Technical Skills – Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and QuickBooks Online, with an ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to effectively communicate with the team and external stakeholders.
