Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mobile and manufactured home sector.
- Develop and maintain reports on sales performance and client engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operational processes and enhance customer experience.
- Assess the needs of our clients and provide actionable insights to improve service offerings.
- Create comprehensive documentation for process improvements and new initiatives.
- Support the sales team by providing data-driven recommendations based on market research.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels, utilizing this information to drive improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the real estate market.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights effectively to stakeholders.
