Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure alignment and communication.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and project plans.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of project management experience, ideally in the real estate or construction sectors.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
