We are seeking an IT Functional Analyst intern who is passionate about technology and process optimization. Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for systems and software processes.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Participate in the design, configuration, and testing of software systems to meet business requirements.
Conduct functional tests to ensure that software solutions are correctly implemented and function as expected.
Support end users by providing training and assistance during system implementations and upgrades.
Collaborate with development teams to define technical specifications based on functional requirements.
Contribute to the creation of functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
Participate in system integration testing and support the resolution of any functional issues that arise.
Stay informed of the latest industry trends and best practices in functional analysis and relevant software applications.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Analytical mindset, solution-oriented, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
Bilingual (French and English) – written and oral skills.
