What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health and Substance use Counselor position at Dragonfly Support Services?
Dragonfly is excited to offer an immediate, full time position for an ambitious, self starting, Licensed Masters level counselor to help us grow and shift our programs to meet our community needs. This individual will work in both our Mental Health and Substance Use programs along side the Director and Program Manager to create new programming, improve current program outcomes and support individuals with their futures.

- Full time caseload average is 30 client contact hours per week with potential compensation for administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
- Must be or quickly able to be licensed in the State of Idaho as a LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC or LMFT
- Must be able to pass an Idaho background check
- Must be willing to work with individuals in mental health and substance use
- Must be fun loving, enjoy laughing while working hard.
- Must be willing to work with Director and Program Manager to develop new programs and offerings for the clinic.
- Willing to work some early evenings
- Ability to utilize technology based programs.
- Ability to self initiate and manage accountability of self.
- Ability to laugh and have fun in a professional environment.
- Ability to be open, ask questions and facilitate healthy communication.
