Drai's Supper Club is looking for seasoned fine dining back servers that have multiple years of experience in a fine dining environment, preferably with a focus on modern French cuisine. As a Back Server, you will play a crucial role in supporting the front of house team by ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes and assisting in the delivery of impeccable service. You will work closely with the front and back of house team, to provide an efficient, polished experience for our guests.

- Prepare tables by ensuring they are clean, set according to restaurant standards, and properly stocked with necessary utensils, glassware, and service items before guests arrive.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guest promptly and accurately, ensuring proper timing, presentation, and the smooth flow of service.
- Ensure the dining area is kept neat, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the service. Clear tables promptly and efficiently without disrupting the guest experience.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables, taking care to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Aid in wine and beverage service, ensuring the proper presentation and handling of wine bottles, glasses, and decanters and assist in serving water and beverages as needed.
- While this role is primarily a support role, you should be able to answer basic guest questions and assist with special requests or needs under the direction of the Front Server.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Perform any necessary sidework duties, such as polishing glassware, restocking supplies, and preparing service stations for the next shift.
- Ensure all actions are consistent with the restaurant's fine dining service standards, providing guests with an exceptional experience at every stage of their meal.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Back Server, Busser, or similar position in a fine dining environment
- A commitment to excellence and a strong work ethic, with an ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, supporting the front of house staff and maintaining a collaborative and positive work environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of service, from cleanliness to food presentation, are consistently executed to the highest standards
- Ability to work long hours on your feet, lifting trays, carrying a minimum of three plates at a time, and performing physical tasks while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritizing and staying organized throughout service
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally, particularly in busy environments
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the needs of a fine dining restaurant
