What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager / Scheduling position at Drain Busters?
Thank you for your interest in our open position. We are looking to add somebody to primarily schedule appointments for our drain and sewer company, both via phone and via email. Typical training with our company would take within 2 to 3 weeks or once we feel you have grasped scheduling through our software program. Then we would allow you to work from home, with a business voiceover phone connected to your computer via, our phone system.
We are a company that is been around since 1989 with my father being the one who had started the business. I took over the company back in 2004 when my father had passed away with cancer. We have been family-run since day one. We currently have 5 current drain technicians and 1 office staff (my wife).
Traditionally we are looking for at least 40 hours a week where you can work from home scheduling appointments for our clients with our software. Scheduling with our company can be up and down at different times, sometimes we are receiving quite a few phone calls within an hour and there are also times that the phone does not ring.
