Administrative and Billing Assistant Job Responsibilities:
· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Answers phone calls and directs clients/callers to appropriate personnel, schedules tickets for consultants, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
- Manage calendars, tickets and other information needed for consultants.
- Coordinates invoicing, agreements and contracts for customers.
- Invoice customers with verification emphasis on content, spelling and vocabulary.
- Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Manage in-house inventory and supplies.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment for the office and employees along with maintain recycling.
Work Hours and Benefits:
· 35-to-40-hour Work Week, Monday through Friday
Maybe asked to work special events on the weekends or after hours.

Administrative Assistant Skills:
· Willing to learn new applications
· Fluent in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree and/or Bachelor’s degree.
- Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting a plus
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must pass background check before starting employment
